“Negatives. Property is very very tired. Gardens need a good tidy up and outdoor furniture a paint.
The spa bath in our room was broken. And bathroom ceiling a few large patches of black mould with holes in vinyl floor. Where light fixtures had been replaced in bedrooms the wall was a different colour and previous screw holes visible. Fridge extremely noisy. All things I wouldn’t expect from a 4.5star rated motel. All easily fixed.
