“My room was on the entrance floor and very quiet. I loved the bed and pillows, very confortable! There was a little space between the bed and the bathroom wall but this wasn't an inconvenience as it was just a very small part in the way to the window. The breakfast is very generous and delicious, having a lot of options, including the Scottish Breakfast. Jackie, one of the hosts, is extremely nice, she was very considerate in asking my food options and/or allergies and explained what to visit...

“Good sized room with opening windows. I didn’t anticipate a shared bathroom when I booked. Rubbish bin full, no soap in hand basin dispenser and shower needing a good clean before I could use it. Bedroom clean sheets but stains on the walls. Not very inviting. Great to have parking but grounds need attention. The property was in the next suburb Rosyth not Dunfermline as advertised in Expedia. The Dunfermline property was permanently closed. 3 night stay with no fresh towels or coffee etc. top...

“We had a really lovely 1-day stay at Leven House. The hotel itself is positioned really close to the town center, and has a really calm and lovely atmosphere about it. Our room was so clean and cozy, with PHENOMENAL shower pressure. The owner was so kind and chatty, the breakfast was tasty, and overall we just had a really nice time. Will definitely be staying here again and will be recommending to all of our family and friends.”

“The food for dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was fabulous! The rooms were tired although the bed was great some of the furniture needed updating. There was noise all night from a boiler (I think) which kept me awake. Overall a pleasant stay but a bit too pricey for the room stay.”
