Good hotel and location

Overall the hotel was good. Some of the rooms were quite dated but had modern up to date elements like showers/ bathrooms etc. staff were friendly and helpful and cleanliness was good. Food was lovely in the restaurant and breakfast was plentiful. Would recommend this hotel

This is a bit of a gem. Family run, very welcoming. Room good size with comfortable bed and good shower. The food in the restaurant was good quality. Situated very close to town centre with parking.

A nice, quiet hotel. Convenient for the railway station. Room was spotless. Meals in the evening were extremely generous in their portions. The best thing of all was the staff who were absolutely wonderful. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Perth.

Breakfast was lovely, the hotel very clean and in a great location. The hotel is great but the hardworking staff really are amazing. Next to the train station and a 5 minute walk to the centre.
