The Dakota Hotel was conveniently located for a 1 night stay in Edinburgh before we headed out to St. Andrews for a golf trip. The rate was very reasonable and the food & service was good .I will not hesitate to return to this hotel on my next visit to Edinburgh

We loved this hotel—dark & moody elegant lobby/room/bathroom; comfortable bed. Very quiet and free shuttle to the airport. Be aware there is no airport shuttle on the weekend and cab fare from the airport is $50.
