La chambre avait besoin d’un bon coup de ménage … des pretzels .. morceaux inconnus sur le plancher et à côté de la table de chevet.. les toilettes avaient des cheveux et poils .. sans compter l’état général de la chambre qui aurait besoin d’amour. Le lit était toutefois propre et confortable

When updating the stay at check-in the room was adjusted from handicap to a standard rate and checkout was reduced to a 3 day stay. The check in person was evasive on providing the reduction in dollar amount for the room change, would not provide the daily rate for the 3 day stay. The WiFi instructions provided by the front desk person were incomplete and confused. It took me 3 attempts to get correct instructions to login. We had to physically ask for toilet paper and body wash as housekeeping missed our room. When housekeeping came by in the evening we returned from dinner around 10:00pm to find our door was swung open for entry by anyone on that end of the floor!!! I phoned the front desk immediately and they apologized but we had 2 laptops and our items exposed for the taking. I’m very disappointed in this hotel and will not ever be back.
