“Didn’t get off to a good start with staff approaching us asking if we were day guests when we arrived early and were waiting for our room to be ready. Then the door handle on one of our rooms was broken and unable to lock. They attempted to fix it and ended up upgrading our room as I was unhappy that the lock did not work. My 5 year old son absconds as he has autism so we needed to ensure his safety. Regardless, we did not expect to be hassled by staff about being day guests and we did not need...

It was very clean; the executive room I was in was perfect, and it was quiet enough even with events on in their main area. I will definitely look to book with these guys again; the staff were amazing. Love the shower outside; I just didn't have hot water, which I could've followed up on, but I was too relaxed and chilled to bother. 10/10 for me!”
