The hotel is great for families with two pools and friendly staff. The only downside is the house keeping seemed to be low on supplies. We requested on several occasions hand soap, face cloths and shower gel be re filled but with no success for a 8 night stay. Outside of this we would stay here again if we were to come back to Samoa.

Staff were great, always friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a fabulous range and was yummy. Rooms were a great size, bed was very comfortable. The hotel is a bit tired but you can see they are working on bringing it back to life and didnt effect the overall stay. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool, more working umbrellas are needed as there wasnt really anywhere to hide from the sun. Overall be happy to go back, great location to walk to places and other restaurants.

The foyer, bar, restaurant, and pool areas were all to a high standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got a cheap package, so we were in the unrenovated part, so the room wasn't great - only had hot water 50% of the time; air con kept turning off in the night; and the way the door closed meant you had to slam the door to lock it, so it was very noisy in the mornings when people were opening/shutting doors. Also, there were construction workers upgrading some of the rooms on our floor, so dust and tools filled the hallway. It will be nice when the upgrade is complete.

Lovely, helpful staff. We had a King Bungalow which was traditionally decorated with a beautiful timber ceiling. We arrived to a sweet surprise for our anniversary of chocolates and decorated bed with foliage & flowers. There was a good breakfast with plenty of variety with a view over the pool area.

Everything was excellent but a side note, the rooms just need a bit of maintenance. The shower head doesn’t seem to properly stay up. The wall plugs on both sides of the bed needs to be properly looked at and screwed flush and also the lamps tend to not work. But other than that me and my wife enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!

Yes I will stay there again but next time I have to know the difference kind rooms name that you will like Ocean view, city view, garden view and classic I pick the classic one and was a little noice because it was next to the poolso if your choice also those rooms might have different price the restaurant is very tasty food on Friday they will have local show and serve local food with a cost breakfast come with your room pretty wananavu good luck till next time

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious options throughout my stay. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help.
