It was a perfect stay. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was good with making sure we had water in our room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Buffet breakfast was awesome. I stayed in the Bungalow suite and was very impressed with the room, extremely spacious with a seperate lounge area, couch and tv and the bedroom area also has a tv - both come with seperate air conditioning. The bed is very comfy and the bathroom has a bath and shower with all the amenities you need. The staff are very friendly + helpful always on hand to assist you. The pool was great to cool down and enjoy - there are 2 pools, the main pool and a lap(lane) pool on the premises. The food was so good, with fresh ingredients being served and food coming out quickly from the kitchen - all reasonably priced. Thank you Sheraton Aggie Grey's, I will definitely be back :)

We stayed for 10 days, I don't think our bedding was changed the entire time. The food was lovely but it never changed so we were forced to eat out quite a bit. Slightly overwhelming coming into the carpark area with a bunch of male staff members crowding the entrance. Overall, we had a nice stay, some staff members customer service was impeccably and accommodating.

Housekeeping was great, amenities are nice and clean. Unfortunately the only negative I can give which ruined our experience is the 6 days of bearkfast we had, only one day did the bacon and egg lady remember we had ordered. The other 5 days we would wait 15min to 20mins then eventually get up to ask for our bacon and eggs which was somehow forgotten. This ruined my appetite as waiting around and then our order was forgotten was very disappointing. Staff at reception were nice and the cleaners always had a beautiful smile.
