Great place! Great breakfast!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Teatro. The hotel occupies a beautiful historic building in downtown Denver, and we especially appreciated its architecture and character. We booked a one-bedroom suite, which was very convenient for our stay. What made the experience especially memorable, however, was the outstanding service. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to answer our questions or offer recommendations. Their hospitality truly elevated our visit. One suggestion for improvement: while we appreciated receiving three $10 breakfast tokens, we found that the morning coffee service could be more accessible. On one occasion, I had to wait for a staff member to return before I could purchase a cup of coffee to go. The staff were clearly busy, so this wasn't a reflection on their service. Rather, it might be helpful to make grab-and-go coffee available in the morning without requiring guests to wait for assistance.

Car was not secure in valet, which led it to be picked through and thankfully nothing valuable was stolen but it could have been. Pool was small and not well looked after, lots of trash and left over towels. Dinner and breakfast options were great

Breakfast was amazing. More options than most hotels. Hot tub was nice but small. Staff were friendly. We never received the pillows for the pull out bed, had to go ask and only gave us 1. Parking is horrible and you pay $27 to park in a lot across the street. Trying to get to the hotel was a challenge. The address on Colfax, leads to another hotels parking garage. Then it’s on a one way street. Circled several times to figure it out as all the streets around it are one way. Overall, nice hotel.
