It was a nice comfortable stay. The staff is helpful and the room was clean. Although the only bad thing is they mentioned breakfast was available but it was really just some muffins, juice and cereal. Not an actual breakfast more like a snack.

It was decent for the price, clean sheets and a place to stay. The hallway smelled of pot, was stained, and nothing seemed well maintained. That being said, there was coffee, cereal, and pastries in the morning and the hotel was generally quiet for sleeping. Also, free Wi-Fi.

The property is really close to the city and views were great! Hotel next door was sketchy and homeless people camped across the road so I am not sure how safe it would be at night. Well lit around the hotel. Elevator was down so it was an easy walk up the stairs. Access to the deck area from the room was convenient for city view.

Wouldn't stay here again. The building is in rough shape, carpet is disgusting throughout. Room was clean enough, just extremely outdated. Soaps were the cheapest money could buy, didn't trust the elevators, staff was friendly and helpful.

I felt that the state of my room was over sold. There were multiple broken items throughout the room as well as holes in doors, the shower by the shower head, the elevator had graffiti and was overall not pleasant. The entire hotel smelled of smoke and marijuana and my sheets and pillow cases had multiple stains. I wanted to switch to another hotel immediately and tried to do so. The staff were lovely! Very helpful and kind but also seemed understaffed

Well the old saying 'you get what you pay for' definitely comes to mind about my stay here. I chose this place because it was cheap for a one night stay and within walking distance to Ball Arena, the pool isn't open because it looks like it's falling apart, a tile in my rooms bathroom was laying on the floor, my window would only open a few inches because of a security device even though I was on the 3rd floor, in the morning I found the advertised 'breakfast included' was a machine dispensing orange juice and a few cold pastries. On the bright side it didn't smell, (except for a strong marijuana odor in the hallway outsidemy room) and the room, bed and sheets were clean. Will I stay here again? Probably not.

It was a little run down but it did look like a work in progress. The price was great, the staff quite nice and the parking was convenient. Breakfast was mediocre, it consisted of pastries out of a box, toast and cold cereal. There was hot coffee, tea and some incredibly awful juice in a machine.

Definitely an old hotel that needs some love. Graffiti in the elevator and stains in the hallway floors. Elevator needs some work! Works but if you can take the stairs take them. Rooms were decently up kept and clean for the quality of the building. Air conditioner wouldn't run for more than 20 minutes. Staff was welcoming and kind. Honesty you get what you pay for with this hotel.

I booked this property based off of other reviews and felt my experience was nothing like what others have had. I did arrive early and unfortunately they didn’t have rooms ready yet which was fine. The lobby was dirty, dated and I saw a rat trap by the refrigerators. I waited a bit but noticed quite solo people checking in so got back in line. Miraculously one was ready. The check in process itself was fine. I get to my room and it is probably the worst I’ve ever had. There was a dirty pillow case on top of the dresser, hair balls on the shower curtains, the bed wasn’t fully made (not tucked in at the end) and scuff marks/damage everywhere. The only reason O booked this property was its proximity to Empower Mike High. Never again, there are other options within a block of this one.
