This place was amazing, you could feel ambiance the past without losing the amenities of today!!! So beautiful!!! I had a problem with a front desk associate this was very belittling but when I sprite to the director of rooms he went over and above to take care of us.

The lobby and the Ship Tavern were great! The suite was a let down: tired, a bit dirty, cold, and the kitchen smelled like sewage, which unfortunately made the living room unusable. It’s a beautiful old classic hotel, but they need to focus on more than serving high tea. For the price, you can do better elsewhere, which is too bad because I really wanted to love it.

This hotel was great. The valet, checking in and the room was great. They even gave us free truffles at the Ship's Tavern. The only issue was that the bathroom smelled of sewage pretty bad.
