I booked a sea view room and payed for it upon arrival I found my room view to be srounded by trees, could not see the sea. I requested a different room twice but was told will let you know if any other rooms became available.

Alexandria is very overrated for Western tourists. Not really ocean view but from a corner of the patio.

Great hotel. Clean premises with nice breakfast!

Room was clean, with nice view of the Mediterranean. They were slightly outdated though. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were always kind and willing to help.

I was excited to visit Alexandria, and I believe I made a great choice; the place is comfortable and clean, and the staff are cooperative and always available to help and answer any questions. I will certainly return—it has become my favorite spot—and I would like to thank the reception team and everyone working at the hotel.
