“The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay.”

“Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay”

“Very large and nicely appointed apartment at a good price. There is no on-site check-in desk, and the check-in process is a bit unwieldy--multiple back-and-forth with uploaded docs and emails, entrance codes, etc. It all worked, but be aware that there's a process.”

“Floors were dirty, hardly any towels/washcloths, hardly any dishes, only one key fob to use elevator for two parties, and poor communication from host. Paid host to park my car for the week. They failed to register my vehicle and I got a ticket. Completely ignored phone calls and messages after I brought that up. So basically took my money and didn’t use it towards parking. Made me stress out the rest of my vacation about my car getting towed. Never gave us check out instructions. Awful...

“We stayed in July when temps were 90 degrees. Upon entering the apartment we were hit with hot humid air. We assumed the cleaners had just left because the floors were wet from mopping. It was so humid in the apartment it took 2 hours for the floors to dry. We thought maybe they had just turned on the A/C and it would cool off soon enough. An hour later when the temp in the apartment went up instead of down I contacted the host. We let them know that the A/C wasn’t working. They said they would...
