Very cute and very convenient spot. Was just disappointed with how loud it was inside the loft hearing other lofters walking around/ showering, etc. barely got any sleep but besides that it was an amazing stay.

It is a perfect location to enjoy Nashville's downtown atmosphere. We parked our car and did not need it again. We were able to walk to Broadway. However, the location also offers convenience to other less busy areas. Great weekend getaway!

Perfect space for 3 or 4. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Coffee and treats we great! Location perfect. Just a couple Of blocks from the hustle and bustle of Broadway but very quiet.

Gem in the middle of downtown

So please with this find! Safe, convenient, clean, comfortable, terrific space with amenities. Gave us recommendations for parking. Walked to a delicious barbecue place in same block. The place was quiet, despite being central, had ventilation system that provided white noise. Had washer/dryer, full kitchen & wonderful coffee to fix in the morning. Definitely a gem & will stay here every time we are in Nashville. Best part, privately owned & they give part of each stay to Room for Rooms to help the homeless.

WOW! Just wow! This quaint loft was just exactly what we needed! There was so much character and charm. Very clean, cute decor and the most comfortable bed. We loved learning the history of the building. We felt very safe in this location with all of the extra precautions of getting into the building, elevator and room. The area was in the heart of it all. We walked everywhere. Music row was just a few blocks away. Maybe a 5 minute walk. We parked in the lot next door. For a 24 hour park. It is near so many restaurants. Check out Frothy Monkey for coffee! If I could give 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend. My husband and I have already said when we come back to Nashville, we will be booking 506 Lofts again!

Great experience. Communications were excellent. Lofts are in walking distance from Broadway. Clean building and very quiet. We stayed in 206 and it was adorable with such a cute touch of Nashville. Highly recommend.

Love this place. Within easy walking distance of Broadway. The public library, a must visit, is just a block down the street. And the food truck in the parking lot nearby was the perfect late night stop when wandering around from being out on Broadway. ;-)

The lofts are excellent, location is fantastic, and the property managers are great. I would caution however that the lofts are directly above a cigar shop and occasionally there is the noticeable smell of cigar smoke. If that doesn’t bother you then I would definitely recommend.

I was literally only in my loft long enough to get my overnight bag inside, leave for the concert, return, sleep, clean up and check out. BUT WOW!!! I loved the amenities in my unit and the security features of the property!! Everything was so peaceful, & if I had the time & money to stay longer & enjoy the area, I would have (and I’m a native Nashvillian, but there are so many small new-or new to me places to discover)!! In short, go and enjoy Nashville and have a peaceful and relaxing night’s sleep

Amazing accommodations

We cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at 506 Lofts! The location, ample space, attention to details and amenities were superb! The loft had everything we could’ve needed, including umbrellas for the torrential rain, good coffee, a pitcher of cold water in the fridge, welcome snacks and a short 5 min walk to Broadway. Plenty of things to do and places to eat in the area near the lofts. Highly recommend staying here!!
