“Large, very clean room. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with great shower. Nice toilet products to use. Plentiful, tea, coffee and biscuits provided as well as a small fridge with bottled water. Attractive restaurant with a good range of menu options. Ate there 2 nights and the food was very good. Some excellent desserts too! Breakfast was also very good and flexible options. All of the staff were very polite, helpful and always happy to offer advice on local area. Their breakfast...

“We chose this as a pet-friendly, one night stopover, after a ferry crossing, Santander to Portsmouth. Great, and quirky, little property, well-placed for the ferry port and run by a lovely lady who provides absolutely everything needed for a perfect, short stay. We wish we had discovered it earlier as it closes at the end of this year. Such a shame. We would have returned. Best wishes to our hostess.
