Very warm welcome, exceptional breakfast, loads of free car parking, very comfortable large bed, would definitely stay here again.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is plenty of parking. Breakfast was traditional and less organised on Sunday morning. We were surprised that we had to make our breakfast coffee from a giant catering tub of Nescafe.

Stayed here for 2 nights after going to a friends wedding and it was really pleasant. The staff are incredibly helpful and the breakfast is amazing. Would definitely stay here again if I ever was in the area.

Excellent friendly hotel

Very welcoming Michael on reception was very friendly and knowledgeable and CJ was very helpful as we were on a motorcycle and had 2 panniers and a top box to take upstairs to our room CJ kindly offered to take the 2 panniers to our room and that is now a rarity now a days for any hotel so good on ya

The staff were amazing and very accomodating. Breakfast was also very good. Unfortunately we could not sleep due to the road noise. But we are very light sleepers, so if you sleep well and are not troubled by road noise please don’t let that put you off.

Great place, fabulous staff.

It's a lovely place, good location, delicious breakfast, but it's the staff that really make the stay great. They are truly the most welcoming, friendly and helpful people I've come across in years of hotel stays. We'll be back.

One night business stay

Normally stay at Botley Grange hadn’t realised it was the sister hotel. From the outside doesn’t look very appealing was surprised by standard inside font be fooled by the outside . Only downside no evening meal but a 5/7 minute walk to the local pub excellent

We absolutely adored our stay here. We stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon - without even asking the staff made up our room with rose petals and a congratulations card. Rafael instantly made us feel welcome, it was a quiet and clean place, and the English breakfast they cooked for us was delicious. We without a doubt, will be returning for a longer stay and recommend to anyone looking to escape to a quaint bed and breakfast.

Beautiful property. The host, Paul, was incredibly helpful and polite. He helped us find a meal for the evening and the recommendation was spot on. The room was lovely and well set out and we both had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was vast with a lot of choice and was just the jump start needed for the day. All in all, we had a fantastic nights stay and enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you Paul for everything.

great people who run this place with enthusiasm and commitment. It takes a little while to get served what you have ordered, but the food is good. rented three rooms and they were refurbished and in good condition, outside the hotel looks old and worn but inside everything is so much better. There was no smell of smoke in our room. The hotel is inna forest so no view.
