“The Address is in a great location. The breakfast was mediocre as was the service. There is no air conditioning, so we asked for a fan. The staff are not very accommodating when we had needed to ask for a refund due to a medical emergency, they did not comply and had no inclination to help us. We came in after midnight due to a very extravagant wedding and we were not able to enter the building with our key cards. No one had warned us about no entry after a certain time!”

“Pros: All staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast (and other meals) from the adjoining restaurant, Jack Fenn, was good. Parking was easy and convenient, being free, and right outside the front door. Very comfortable environment, loved the smell of the fire as we walked in to check in. Nice wooded area to walk around (although I was disappointed in humanity to see so much trash along the beautiful trails). Cons: Water was barely warm enough to shower, but good water pressure. ...
