“The staff were super nice and helpful. We were a little disappointed in the state of the hotel as it looks a little run down. The pictures make it look nicer than it is. Our bathroom had a broken tile, and the shower layout was tight for one person and got water all over the floor. We paid for a seaweed bath which wasn’t bad. I wouldn’t say it was worth the money. We were able to use the hot tub and sauna for free because we purchased one of the bath treatments but they charge $30 for anyone...

“Beautiful property!”

“The Address was a very nice hotel centrally located. We ate at a few different establishments in town but to be honest the food at the Address’s restaurant North, was just as good if not better than anything else we had. My only complaint was that they leave you 3 pods of coffee for the coffee machine for a 2 night stay with 2 people. We went to the front desk and asked if we could have a few more, they said they would deliver them to our room. They did not.”

“Staff were very friendly, room was excellent and the breakfasts 10/10”

“I paid almost 250 euros for a double room and still didn't include breakfast. Also, the Jakucci wasn't working, the water was cold, and there was nothing they could do. As if that was my problem. When you pay that amount of money, you expect everything to work. At least they could have offered something to compensate, but they didn't. Obviously they didn't care at all. ”

“The bathroom was located by the air vent and had to sit sideways. The towels holders was located above the toilet and my husband stood up and smashed his head. He has a cut as a result.”

“La habitación muy limpia y el personal muy atento”

“The property has been maintained as a castle based hotel since the 1970’s. The castle interior furnishings and appointments are unique. You have to see it to believe it. It was amazing. The original owner who took over the property from the county spent a tremendous amount of time bringing nautical themed interior furnishings. Also plenty of old Irish castle charm such as suits of armor remain. The room #2 we stayed in was large and elegantly furnished. The private bath was totally...

“The kitchen was very nice. The staff were very helpful and gave us recommendations for laundry facilities and things to see. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure. The only thing we would change is having a better space to put our backpacks would have been appreciated.”

“Hermoso lugar.”
