Downtown Albuquerque Vacation Packages for 2026

Our unit was good for what we needed. The only downsides were 1) it was hard to reach the management office (often got voicemail, even though it was during their stated business hours); 2) The air conditioning seemed to go off in the middle of the night, even though the programmable thermostat read the temp we entered and said it would stay at that temperature for a certain period of time); and 3) the pool/hot tub are only open 9-6 (I did know that ahead of time, but it means if you spend the day out exploring, you almost never get to use it. On the plus side, the unit was clean and comfortable, If I had booked directly with them I might have been able to choose the unit, and I would have chosen one with two couches in the living room area, and one with a bathtub if they have them. Also, the pictures make it look like the laundry room is in the unit—it is not, and the laundry room is open 8-6, which was also not terribly convenient. Overall, it was a good, comfortable place to stay. I would stay at Fort Marcy suites again, but I would pick a different unit if possible.

This was a resort property that had a restaurant /dining room that had awesome food and reasonable prices. It was quite convenient. The maintenance office was very responsive to a problem we had initially with the AC. Laurie (Lorrie?) was super helpful. The unit we rented (312) had an underground garage parking spot right next to the elevator. Also very convenient. The unit itself had every amenity you could want including a full Xfinity TV cable lineup. The report also has an executive golf course with very reasonable rates for vacationers to play. My only complaint (very minor) was that there was not really a separate bedroom TV. There was a monitor that you could watch whatever the person in the living room was watching...but no way to get separate channels.. Overall I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a comfortable resort-style experience in Santa Fe.

Very nice and clean well maintained property rooms. Look like they are newly remodeled. Everything worked just fine. Didn’t see any sketchy people on the property, but definitely a lot of sketchy people around the property, but that is just Santa Fe. Make sure you read every piece of fine print when you book this hotel. Even though Hotels.com specifically said all taxes and fees are included that was not true. When I booked the room it showed it was gonna be $69. When I went to check in, in advance, they tacked on a $15 resort fee which covers parking Wi-Fi and breakfast. Not saying it’s not worth it just saying it was an unexpected expense hotels like this very much concern. Me and I will never stay here again because of that.

Comfortable well arranged rooms. One comment is that the acoustic separation between units could be a bit better! Great place oveall

Such a well designed, clean place to stay in a perfect, central location. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Santa Fe. Highly recommended!
