I like the staff Alex, Hannah, Jesse, Raphael, and several others were very nice and helpful. The shuttle service was wonderful to be able to get to different little locations like Old Town or to the airport. Breakfast bar was good, waffles were awesome and the staff kept the dining are very clean. There were lots of options. I posted a TikTok. I only had two very minor issues one was the curtains in our room 110 or shredded like a cat had gotten to them. And the other was that we got a shuttle to Old Town and I told the driver not to pick us up, but later changed my mind. Well it turned out that the driver came anyway and we were not there so they counted that as a trip and I had to pay an Uber to get back to the hotel. That was not my fault and I should have gotten a pickup. Other than that our stay was wonderful. We were about 4 miles from Old Town and 10 miles from the Balloon Fiesta. Corona Mall was about 7 miles which was very nice.

I think that they need to get some new furnitures in the room. There is no closet or bench in the room. We had no place to put our clothes anywhere. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good! They are also providing the free bottled water for the guests , which was very nice!

This is my go-to hotel for nights before early flights. The airport shuttle goes every half hour by appointment and is very reliable, and I can leave my car parked there for $10/week. Staff are friendly and consistently helpful. It's an older but decently-maintained property, a bit tired but entirely serviceable for my purposes. No elevator, so if you don't want to climb a flight of stairs be sure to request a ground floor room. TVs are good quality and up to date with access to major streaming platforms. Bathroom very small and free of charm but has everything needed. The icebox section of the mini-fridge kept my green chile frozen overnight, and the microwave heated up my dinner and tea nicely. Plenty of electrical outlets for charging. While the bathroom and sink area lights are bright, the room lighting is a little dim. Temperature control seemed to work fine. Bed was comfy. It was quiet, even on a Friday night during Balloon Fiesta! I'll keep coming here when I need an airport hotel.

We took the shuttle to the airport- on the way home the motel would not answer the phone- we called for over 10 minutes multiple times, NO ANSWER. Finally called an Uber and then they picked up so we had to cancel the Uber. I have never heard of a motel not answering at the front dest-It was not late- before ten. But they finally answered and picked us up. They did wait for me at the airport because the airline damaged my luggage.

The staff was very helpful in coordinating the shuttle and the breakfast was great. The room was a bit older but clean. The fan in the room was a bit noisy, but it was overall a nice stay nearby to the airport.

The location near the airport is perfect. Rental car return also near by.. Breakfast is good, and they have a shuttle to the airport. We'll definitely stay again.
