Hoteles familiares en Richmond-upon-Thames

“.A la llegada descubrimos que estaban en obras en el hotel.Haciendo el check in,preguntó por el ruido y la recepcionista me contesta que es solo d 9:00am a 17pm ..Le digo que ese horario no es compatible con nuestro descanso ,viajando con un niño d 6 años y me dice que cancele la reserva (sin posibilidad de reembolso los 520€ x 3 noches ,3 personas ).Fue una mala respuesta,esperaba que nos diera una solución,como buscar una habitación lejos del ruido ya que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío...
