Great location, great staff! Right off of the river with great views down the Thames. The staff (James!) were super helpful. Only downside was that noise travelled through the hotel very easily. Fabulous location with amazing staff

This is the most charming hotel in a idilic spot right in the river and a short walk to the center of Richmond. The staff were amazing, couldn’t have been friendlier or nicer and really cared.

This was the third time I’ve stayed at Bingham Riverhouse, and I have to say I love it. On this occasion they upgraded my room on arrival which was great. The room was tucked away at the top of the building and beautifully quiet at night. The massive shower in the bathroom was a delight. Breakfast as usual was delicious - though not included in my initial price, as I’d booked through a third party. This was the only downside in an otherwise great night’s stay, and I have no doubt I’ll be back.

Its a shame to give this hotel one star. Because the staff are great, the service is great, the building, rooms, and location are splendid. This is a place with it's own style and attention to quality details and that works. Even if the repeated disclaimer on parking is disconcerting. But my main purpose in booking a hotel room is to be able to relax and sleep. Unfortunately my room, which I believe was the wedding room, was right above the bar and restraunt. With no sound proofing it was like having a room over a night club. Maybe a fraction less than that but think relentless beats for 5 hours plus every evening. My advice would be think twice if staying on business or looking for a peaceful vacation. If looking for a trendy Richmond pad and don't mind loud music, late nights, and London's low flight path starting at 4am then this place becomes 5 stars. The food defenitely is a bonus and has something about it but is a bit unknowable in places. 'Lite bites' 'Small plates' and 'large plates' I get but in reality didn’t help place the meal in context. Starters weren't like an introduction, and I don’t think its right to serve a 'large plate' and for customers to then have to pay extra to complete it by paying extra for veg or a similar side. That seems dishonest. Vegetarian 'large plates' not involved enough with exciting flavour and should be.
