It’s a very well located hotel. Many good bars and restaurants and Kondon attractions are within walking distance. Once you enter the hotel and your room it is so quiet. On my last visit I had the best nights sleep in a long time.

Second visit in two years. Hotel has the perfect location. Room is small but does the job and is modern. Some extra shelving would help for storage though and they need to provide extra towels as the water goes everywhere after a shower

Fantastic location right in The West End. Room was small and very basic - no tissues, no face washer, no tv and the bed was hard. Check in was difficult as there were so many people that arrived at the same time and about 2 staff who looked like they didn’t want to be there.

The location of the hotel is great. It’s walking distance from a lot of places. Check in and out of the hotel was easy. The room is small but comfortable. The bathroom it’s modern. The shower water pressure great but there is no shower door so it becomes a mess cause the water goes everywhere. Our toilet wasn’t so clean when we arrived.

Could hear the bass for the club below till well late into the night and also can hear sirens outside and street activity even tho the room had zero windows. The pillows were comfy as well as matress and duvet but the body wash needed refilling and only drops were coming out. Air con worked great was quite. Staff were nice and helpful but the lobby was always busy so i’m sure they struggled to help everyone.

The hotel has a great location and the staff are very friendly. The only drawback is that the rooms lack basic amenities, and the area outside the hotel is messy and smelly, so it's probably only suitable for very short-term stays.

The hotel is in the perfect location! Everything was clean. The air conditioning worked well. It would be great if there was a small table, hairdryer and fan in the bathroom, but these were minor cons. We would definitely stay again!
