The rooms were very clean and the staff was very professional and helpful. The 24/7 lounge with espresso and tea stations were extremely appreciated in the heart of London. Water stations in every floor came in handy for each day of exploring.

Great location, large rooms, good bathroom. Medium size hotel in part of a classic old hotel building. Better than similarly priced hotels in area. Breakfast option expensive, so skipped.

The secluded, guest-only access, “living room” area was wonderful. The location of the hotel was central to visitor attractions, safe and reasonably quiet at night. Recommend adding the breakfast buffet to the room reservation in order to simplify dining during what was one of the busier times for the restaurant. Basic rooms are small, but well-equipped with necessities and the bed was very comforable.
