“In general we really enjoyed the hotel and the services and would recommend it; but you need to be aware of few things. Karon is a bit the "family/laid back" part of phuket. If you want to party all the time Patong might be a better option for you. The hotel is far from the beach and you will need about 15 mins walking to go to the beach. The hotel has a shuttle twice a day but its only one way. If you plan to go to the beach all the time, this hotel might not be the best option. Said...

“Cannot say it enough. I love it here! Would come back a hundred times. The staff is super helpful and kind, the spa is amazing and we loved the food options. Great place! Would recommend! We do need to point out that it is a covert small beach which can dry out at certain times of the day due to low tide. ”
