“Very very clean and modern hotel. Like a museum. We were told there is a street separate the two building and we are aware. It could be too hot to walk across for some, though we were offered shuttle bus one time, never seen it again when we want to use it. Pool tile are missing and could be a safety issue. Kids car ride and game room hour is limited. Online communication is straightly in English, and could be difficult for some. Asked for special sized bath rope but wasn’t offered.”

“受付フロントが少ないのでタイミングが悪いとかなり待ちます。でも、フロントスタッフの方々凄く丁寧に説明してくれます。隣の姉妹ホテルの大浴場が使えるとの事でしたが、部屋の露天風呂で事足りました。 屋上のプールと温泉は、水泳キャップが無いと入れず、ホテルか周りのお店で買うしかないと言われ帽子を増やすのも嫌だったので入りませんでした。 朝食は色々メニュー豊富でとても美味しかったです。 冷蔵庫の中にポカリとコーラがありフリーでした。 なにより、冷えてるフェイスマスクが入っていてお風呂上がりに使うのがとても気持ちよかったです。”
