Room is very clean and well sized. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. Staffs are very courteous. Breakfast buffet has room to improve. Good stay in general.
Huge, clean room with a great view of the city and mountains. The lights at night were particularly beautiful. Delicious breakfast in the morning that had a good amount of local dishes that shouldn’t be missed. Quick Uber ride to Luodong Night Market that has to be a stop during your time here. Loved the hotel. Will definitely stay again when I come back to Yilan.
This hotel was very clean and comfortable. About 10 mins outside of Yilan city so it was quiet and relaxing. Hotel seems quite new and beds were comfortable!
Very well maintained property! Though it was quite inaccessible, but the amenities, facilities and cleanliness were superb. I initially had second thoughts about this hotel as it was pretty remote but it turned out to be my favourite in the trip.
the hotel is quite nice, although it is not locate in the center of the city, we have got a car to drive around and it is good that the hotel has provided an underground car park. the staff is quite friendly, I was a bit sick and couldn't get up one morning for breakfast and they packed a breakfast box for me, very impressive.
Hotel accommodation is ok, rooms average comfort and there is parking available on-site. Our biggest complaint is the hotel restaurant which on a Friday evening was terrible. Overworked staff, bad kitchen smells, a very limited menu and no beer (!) forced a quick decision to find a restaurant outside. However, this is a challenge in a quiet side of town...

Liked: Cleanliness
The room’s soundproofing was terrible, and the front desk staff were unprofessional and showed a poor attitude. When it got busy, the room phone didn’t work and no one answered at the front desk. I was really shocked by this level of service.
Too far away from the main attractions in Yilan. It may be good for a one night layover for the next destination. But definitely not convenient for someone who wants to explore Yilan and its surrounding areas
