"Very happy with the stay, a great location for bars and pubs etc, there is parking , but it is restricted to 1.8meters , I just wish the site said the measurements as the vehicle I had was 1.9 so was abit annoying but did find a NCP carpark close by, I did message and try to call prior but didn’t get a response. The shower and kitchenette was superb, if I wanted to be petty then the tv remote didn’t work very well and took ages to change channels but I really wasn’t too bothered about that I...

"Expect to have large groups staying at the hotel. Very convenient for city and attractions. Clean but tired decor. "

"We were put in an accessible room which wasnt great (and didnt seem that accessible if you really needed it). But all the staff at reception and in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. Sadly didnt get the chance to use the spa etc. "

The pool was under maintenance while we were there so they gave us complimentary spa use which was nice of them - although there were only two spa hot tubs which predictably got very busy as all the guests had complimentary spa use. "

"Had a lovely 2 night stay at the Riviera hotel Bournemouth. The staff were all lovely and welcoming. The hotel was clean, as we're the rooms. The Breakfast was very good, and quality items available. We used the swimming pool, although a little cool, it was nice. Definitely would stay again "
