"When you have a view over the fjord, it’s amazing. The breakfast was all so fantastic. The room was not clean ( trash and hair in the bin from previeus guest) and the board of the bed was damaged ( fabric was comming off) It is close to the train station en citycentre. The rooftop terrace was also great"

"The hotel is nicely located near the the train station and an easy walk to all the central spots. (Note: it is named for the river, not the cathedral - the cathedral is a 5-10min walk away). If you are arriving from the airport, take the train - it costs about £3 and is slightly quicker than the bus. Room wasn't huge but was big enough and it had a decent view over some rooftops to water and hills. It has a kettle and a mini fridge. There are tea bags in the room but more selection in reception...

"I love this hotel situated conveniently on the Main Street of Røros. Their restaurant serves excellent, fresh traditional Norwegian cuisine. The rooms are comfortable and make you feel like you have been transported back to the 1800s, but with modern conveniences. "
