"Good location right on the lake and free bikes to use and the bike path is in front of the hotel. Our room has the lake view with a balcony, great view for sunset and sunrise. The room is spacious with a Japanese style sitting room that can be completely closed. The bathroom has an onsen style hot tub. The breakfast was average. Highly recommended"

"The rooms are quite amazing but a little dated. More lighting required; better TV monitor; new washlet with better and easier flush capability. What made our stay frustrating was the lack of food options (bits and bites… e.g. French fries or chicken fingers and our absolute worst experience (given this 5* hotel) was the breakfast service. It is not acceptable to have to wait in line for a table for 15 minutes and then wait again for over 30 minutes for a simple fried egg! The F&B is definitely...
