"The location of the hotel is convenient, near to 3 MRT stations and in a safe area. Not so crowded, too. The room we were given is big, clean, and very cozy. Though the bathroom’s a bit small, it’s clean and stocked with bath essentials and toiletries. But what really made us enjoy the hotel are staff — they were really great and helpful, specially Rene the receptionist and the room attendant! "Great hotel although somewhat old and somewhat dated. It is very well located and base several dinning options which make it very convenient. The staff and the service are super high class. The pool is also very impressive as it is located in the top floor with an incredible 360 degree view in all directions. "
