Despite some hallway noise on the first day, the front desk handled it quickly with a room change. The housekeeping staff was kind and responsive, and we appreciated that breakfast was well prepared even near closing time.

It was one of the best hotels I’ve been to in a while. The staff was amazing during the check-in process and recommending certain places in the area for food.They were very accommodating for adding another night. It’s so convenient to get on to the subway system because you’re literally at the center of it. All this will be my future hotel for years to come.

ホテルはとても綺麗で広く、また駅に近いためとても便利でどこにでもすぐに行くことができました。また1階にセブンイレブンがある点も良かったです。一点課題があるとすると、空調がセントラル方式のため、年末年始など外気温が寒い時に自由に温度を上げられない点です。個別にヒーターを借りて寒さを凌ぎました。 The hotel was very clean and spacious, and its location near the station made it extremely convenient, allowing us to get anywhere easily. It was also a plus that there was a 7-Eleven on the first floor. One minor drawback was that the air conditioning system was centrally controlled, so we could not freely raise the room temperature when the outside temperature was cold, such as during the year-end and New Year period. We managed the cold by borrowing a portable heater.

The hotel building is beautiful in a round shape. The lobby is grand and elegant. It's located in an upscale area with good dining and shopping choices nearby. Metro is about a 10-minute walk away. Our room with a king-size bed is spacious. The only minor complaint is that no matter how carefully you pull the shower curtain, the water from the shower leaks to the floor and soaked the floor towel.
