"Beautifully manicured grounds on arrival. Easy parking outside our cottage. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice toiletries. Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items. Nice balcony surrounded by trees. However, one of the cats was a real problem coming onto the balcony and leaving mess on the couch. Heavy music from a nearby property was a problem on occasions. "AC was very good the balcony was a plus with excellent view. The hotel needs an upgrade other than that the location was perfect, close to shopping, food, cruise, ships and the airport. The staff were helpful and courteous. The cleaners did a good job in the room."

"My stay was great! It is unfortunate that on the way, the taxi driver tried to persuade me that the hotel is located far from civilisation. The taxi driver also tried to persuade me to book a different hotel closer to St. John's (Randolph Banza Taxi Service) however I held my ground and kindly declined his offer. Very glad that I did.
