The spa and beach were awesome. We were in a standard room which was ok, Mountain View. Could use an update. Almost all staff members were very friendly and courteous and tried very hard to be at our service round the clock. The water sports team was great and the evening shows were entertaining. This was our second trip here so we really liked the property which had the best beach in the Caribbean. The food was ok, plentiful but somewhat repetitive and could use some healthy options and updates . The other guests are very friendly and we would recommend this for families with kids or couples .

Would have been even better if the Catamaran excursion (booked early through Nexus excursions through the resort) followed up and either ran the excursion the next day as promised or refunded our $$ promptly so that we could have booked a different one. We loved it there! Great room, beautiful beach, large pools. Great buffet restaurant! And the friendliest staff ever! One little note: If you have mobility issues be aware the beach has a slope that can make it tricky to get out of the water unassisted and the toilets are quite low.

Overall, my stay was decent. The food quality was good, and the chef Nigel did an excellent job—very skilled and professional. However, the kitchen staff serving at the tables could improve their service, as it was not very attentive. With better table service, the dining experience would be much better.
