Would have been even better if the Catamaran excursion (booked early through Nexus excursions through the resort) followed up and either ran the excursion the next day as promised or refunded our $$ promptly so that we could have booked a different one. This put a real damper on our trip.

It was really nice. The food was really good and had a great variety. There was a lot of miscommunication with times of business with the restaurants. Some areas were a little outdated but wouldn’t stop me from coming back. I would come back and next time stay longer.

Overall, my stay was decent. The food quality was good, and the chef Nigel did an excellent job—very skilled and professional. However, the kitchen staff serving at the tables could improve their service, as it was not very attentive. With better table service, the dining experience would be much better.

Beautiful hotel and beach. The whole staff was very nice and accommodating. There were some employees who were very nice: Sandra, Melissa, Ella and Margo. But Abigail from the Grazie Restaurant was totally excellent. Employees like her makes the great difference. The only issue we had was making reservation for the restaurants. The App does not work good, and it is very difficult to get reservation in person.
