My stay at the Royalton chic was amazing. The food was excellent. The property was nice. The staff were nice. There wasn’t a lot of animals on the property only cats. Great experience had an awesome girls trip there.

Resort is beautiful, staff was wonderful however we wish there was more entertainment on the adults only side and the food was a 2 out of 5 stars. Taste was lacking, and would have loved more Caribbean-style food especially on the room service menu. The food truck food was good though and the steak was good at the steakhouse. If they can get the food right then I would had no complaints of this resort.

I was celebrating my birthday along with so many other people in the month of August. The staff was wonderful at the pool aqua fit (Andre), Elsa and Daniel at the Diamond Club swim up bar were great and met all my drinking and eating needs. Don’t want to forget about the awesome butler service provided by Kyle and Monique. They were great and very professional. Can’t wait to return.

Absolutely Amazing Royalton was absolutely excellent from start to finish! The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and the butler service was truly beyond amazing. Hotel app needs to updated daily, when activities are canceled or relocated and when restaurants are closed due to low reservations. Stop advertising as a luxury hotel with an ocean view, that does not apply to most of thev rooms except diamond club members. It was quaint and cozy. The staff was very friendly. But it's not a luxury experience. I feel like I overrpaid.

The stay at the Royalton was great. I would definitely come back another time. The staff was amazing. The activities kept us going all trip. We never left the resort and never felt like there was a period where we needed to. The food was amazing and it was one of my best trips all because of the day.
