We had a wonderful time staying here. Upgrading to the Diamond club is something I highly suggest! Having someone help make reservations, and navigate the resort is so helpful! Will for sure look at going to some of the other resorts owned by Royalton!!!

However the extra I paid for butler service was a waste; poor communication, i felt like I had to seek them out vs this same service I had at the Royalton st Lucia.
