"Everything was outstanding…property was beautiful and well maintained, staff were all very friendly and helpful ( special shout to Tiquesha the concierge who helped us plan all our dinner reservations and chartered snorkeling/boat trip). Beach and pools were spectacular and the restaurants had great food and selections. Will definitely be back again!"

"On arrival, I was told they had no reservation for me, were not expecting any arrivals that day and that they did not deal with Hotels.com. It took several hours to sort things out and, even then, they insisted I change apartments the following day to an inferior one. The water pressure was pathetic until it was fixed two days before I left. At times, there was no hot water and the promised WiFi worked intermittently. The approach “roads” to the property were not really roads at all but deeply...
