The property was extremely beautiful and most of the staff was very hospitable, However there are some laps in communication. For example the first mishap was I contacted the front desk and when the gentlemen picked up I asked if there was a gift shop and he stated yes and then I asked did they have any benadryl due to my Girlfriend having an allergic reaction and his reply was let me check and ill give you a call back. Noone ever called so I walked to the main lobby from our suite to get the medicine and I Informed the young lady that there was never a call back. When I returned I asked my partner did anyone call and she said no. The next morning I asked if we could check out a hour after normal check out which is 12pm and the same young ma. From the night before he said yes that should not be a problem. There was no explanation. Of it being a coverage charge to stay in the room for an extra hour. Give me the choice whether I wanna pay that or not dont just assume without clear communication.

Great all inclusive hotel

Everything about this hotel is, in our opinion first class. We would highly recommend the all inclusive, the restaurants options are very good bearing in mind it’s not a massive hotel, the cocktails are amazing and I’m not sure where you would have to go if you wanted to eat out!

The property was beautiful and well maintained, the staff was amazing (it is almost unfair to single any one person out because everyone was terrific, but Nicole and Karen were very helpful), and the food and drinks were great. The property is a little out of the way, and there are no nearby walkable options, but we enjoyed the quiet.
