"This hotel was not open when we got there. I had no alerts from Orbits and had to have local Rwandans help us figure out how to transfer hotels. Horrible communication for this as we traveled very far to stay here and booked well in advance."

"We had an overnight stay and the service was great and the breakfast was very good in a beautiful setting."

"We were two adults renting a two-bedroom suite for 7 days. This is a run-down condo-apartment accommodation. The building looks good, the furniture too. "All staff tried their best to help us out, from the receptionist to the housekeeper, they all did a great job! The sauna was a plus. Thanks to everyone of them, their help was greatly appreciated!"
