Hotel with a Concierge in Province of Lucca

"We arrived in the evening, and had a bit of a challenging checking in. I would advise to have someone who is a native Italian speaker join you to communicate with the staff. We were moved to another guesthouse as there was a mix up with our reservation, which they apologized for. Property was clean and mostly quiet. Some of the other guests were quite noisy during the night, but that was only one night where we had this issue. All the instructions are in Italian, so be sure to have a translate...

"Location is just outside the city walls yet very convenient to two of the entry portals. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice and beds are comfortable"

"Off street parking, quiet setting and walking distance to the walls of Lucca. Helpful front desk host arranged a comfortable ground floor room for us & gave great advice about where we should walk & where to eat. Good breakfast. Good aircon once we worked out how to switch it on. Supermarket nearby."
