Hotel Dapinto is a quiet hotel in a great location in Lucca. Breakfast was just ok, we were rushed from our table to make room for other guests. This was not typical in Italy at all. The room was clean. We could not get the AC to work but to be fair, we never reported it as we only stayed one night.

The hotel is lovely in every respect. The location is perfect, close to the centre of beautiful Lucca, but in a quiet corner. The rooms are lovely. The bathroom was huge and had twin showers. The hotel’s location is perfect — just steps from the train station, restaurants, and cafés, making it incredibly easy to explore Lucca and the surrounding area. The staff were genuinely helpful, and every restaurant recommendation they gave us was spot-on. Lucca is a beautiful town, and this hotel is the ideal place to relax and truly enjoy it. One more thing — breakfast was absolutely delicious and always fresh. The woman working each morning was especially attentive and would make us the perfect coffee without us even having to ask. That personal touch made our stay feel so special. We will absolutely be back!
