"Close to CBD great staff helping with everything enjoyable stay"

"Friendly and helpful staff. Great location and reasonable price."

"For value for money dont bother. The room was too expensive for the quality of the room. Dated, dingy basic. Wont be back."

"Love the period aspect of the building. The bed was very comfy and the room on as floor was very quiet which I love."

"Dirty scary jail block"

"Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean room and close to Albert Lake. Plenty of street meter parking close to motel and not too expensive."

"A short stay in the city for Christmas. Staff were friendly and happy to help. We booked for 3 but needed to request extra towels and bedding for our daughter as it was not set up for three as we booked. No big deal but certainly not a service that anticipated our needs."

"The man who checked us in was amazing and then the rest of the staff after that were not very helpful. The manager was quite rude. We were staying in Melbourne for a national swim meet and my son has special dietary needs, I struggled to be able to cook him a couple of pieces of toast in the morning. The person on the last day of our stay refused, we felt like an inconvenience even though the place was almost empty. The rooms were awesome but the rest was a let down."
