“Our room has a good view to Albert Park and it's comfortable and clean. The tram station is only 3/4 min walking however the internet is too bad (all the time!, It's really hard to work with this one). The pool is very cold and it has not roof for that reason we could not enjoy this one (and less with a child - strong winds). Sometimes bar staff or dining staff is not friendly about to do a favor with a child, I don't understand that... but staff at the reception is so kind and helful.”

“Sandra at reception was great, hotel smelt was barely furnished to that of a asylum seeker hotel standard from the uk… carpet was worn, kettle was a white cheap from supermarket, no coffee , kitchen was non existent or wouldn’t use. Spend $10 more and go to oaks next door. This place hasn’t been touched since I stayed in 2017 and is borderline a health hazard ”

“The man who checked us in was amazing and then the rest of the staff after that were not very helpful. The manager was quite rude. We were staying in Melbourne for a national swim meet and my son has special dietary needs, I struggled to be able to cook him a couple of pieces of toast in the morning. The person on the last day of our stay refused, we felt like an inconvenience even though the place was almost empty. The rooms were awesome but the rest was a let down.”
