We love staying here and have done so for 20 years, the location is perfect, close to the beach, cafes and restaurants, easy parking onsite, across the road from the tram to the city, all rooms are comfortable, friendly helpful staff.

Great location, a few minutes from beach and funky bars. Just be sure when booking they charge $50 for early check in check out which is silly! I arrived at 1pm they said room wasn’t ready but I needed to check in they said $50 and all of a sudden the rooms ready. $25 I think was parking as well. So the ontop costs is something to consider as I could’ve stayed somewhere else nicer cheaper to the add ons

The hotel is clean and rooms are well presented. The location for Ackland St etc is exceptional which is why we booked. We were after secure parking, nice room and location, so it ticked all the boxes. Would stay again.

We had something on at The Palais and so booked this hotel. It was wonderfully close to The Palais which was great. The hotel is also right near Acland St and lots of restaurants. The hotel room needed some updating (the curtains were falling off the rails), however, it was exceptionally clean. I received quite a few emails asking for my email details and mobile number so that pre check in could be done. I wasn’t keen on providing my credit card via a text link so just checked in once we arrived. We would stay here again if we had another concert etc at The Palais. We caught the train and tram to St Kilda so not sure about the hotel parking situation.
