Lovely hotel with a restaurant, walking distance to the beach and several cute cafes. Conveniently located in Middle Beach, with easy access to both Melbourne CBD and St. Skilda Beach with the tram. Had a great stay and would stay again!

The room was very cosy and well maintained, but there was a shelve under the shower that did not let us have a proper shower. It was made of glass and positioned right below the shower, so we could not reach the water without banding. Other than that, everything was fine.

Building is old but they have done a great job adding in modern facilities. Staff were amazing and polite. And the ability to order drinks from the bar straight to your room was a godsend being there is only stair access.
