"We stayed for 5. Nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and the facilities were just ok. For the cost of our stay expected more. Our room smelt apon arrival, there are no ice machines on the property, the food was good, the pool was not heated but not uncommon to find. The pool didn’t appear to have a working filtration system. The shower in the room had a sign that said very hot and anytime someone flushed in other rooms flushed the water got scolding hot for a few moments. Also...

"Special place to stay in Phuket with amazing breakfast in a quiet yet not empty street. We enjoyed the location and the food a lot, but the toilet could use a little curtain instead of clear glass only. The people that are in charge of the place is amazing."

"BEAUTIFUL property. When we arrived, we got our room upgraded to seaview. the villa was stunning. The location is top tier! The staff is so kind and the property is huge. Lots to do and 5 star restaurants. Highly recommend this resort. Our room came with honeymoon decor and they made us feel so special. They let us hang out on the property all day until our late night flight. "

"Older style hotel. Great for the money, decent location close to bagala road. Basic amenities, really lovely and friendly staff. Bed was a little firm for my taste but otherwise did the job. Lots of room for us to put up baby portacot to which was great! Good pool and helpful staff. "
