From the moment we arrived until the end of our stay, Avista Hideaway made everything feel effortless and relaxing. We were visiting for our anniversary, and the team truly went above and beyond to make it special. They surprised us with an upgraded room, beautiful flowers with “Happy Anniversary” written out, and even an anniversary cake. It made us feel incredibly welcomed. The staff were also extremely helpful with recommendations, from where to rent a motorcycle to the best places around Phuket to visit and explore. The hotel itself is fantastic — great pools, friendly staff throughout, and the food and drinks were excellent. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket and would happily stay here again when we return.

This property is absolutely beautiful. It’s about 10 minutes from patong beach, which was fine. Just a 5-7USD grab car. Breakfast had so many options and all the food was great! One thing I do wish the front desk would have provided is a calendar of events that they have during the week of stay. There was a fire show Thursday afternoon near the lobby, and we did not know about it until we arrived in the lobby. The hotel is on a hill so you have to call a buggy every time you leave your room basically but it was super easy and they came super quick. Overall, Loved it!!!

My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay at Avista Hideaway. The hotel was very clean and peaceful. Staff were so kind and attentive. Breakfast was delicious - a lot of options too. • Early check-in not possible despite prior request. • Waited about 5 hours after a 12-hour journey. • Uncomfortable library room. Hard chairs. No place to lie down. • Had to wait outside in the sun. Partner got sunburned. • Adults-only pool looked dirty and poorly maintained. • Late check-out not possible. • Had food poisoning (not hotel related) and still had to leave at 1 PM. • Very good food. • Friendly staff. Overall: Good food and staff, but disappointing organization and maintenance.
