“I booked the hotel for a work trip so budget was in mind. Having seen that the hotel had an overall rating of 7 and GOOD I thought it would be ok, but nothing swanky. On arrival I was disappointed, yes I knew it was on an estate but it is rough. Broken wall on entry and an old mattress by the bins in the carpark. I did get an upgrade to my room which was nice ..... The place looks tired, my room basic and uninspiring, the windows did not shut/seal properly and my shower cold and bathroom small...

“Lovely stay. Staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast lovely. The room was very clean but the walls are a little thin. We stayed in room 1. Room 2 has a separate toilet which is outside room 1 so you hear people in the night unlocking doors and going to the toilet. However, overall we had a lovely stay.”
