“Everything was very good. the staff were attentive and catered for your every need. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants and of course there is the casino. There is also a nice pool with a bar and a food oulet. The only gripe I did have was that the hot water was seldem more than tepid. I reported this on occassions but to no avail. A short walk away is a shopping mall with more eateries and shopping.”

“This review is specific to the chalet lodging and food provided. The chalet felt a bit too claustrophobic. The food provided- we had breakfast , lunch and dinner. All were terrible, too salty. On a different note, bush walk with the lions was out of the world.”

“The property, the staff, the manager... all were great. Chalet kitchen was pretty well stocked but no bowls! Note: as is often the case in rentals, no salt or pepper in the kitchen :) Expedia let us down in contacting Sundown to make adjustments but Sundown Manager corrected them and all was well in the end.”
