Lovely views, plenty wildlife and accomodation has a great set-up. Pathways are clear and paved but make sure to flag if you have mobility constraints sunce hilly at place and some parts more than 10 mins walk to the restaurant. Game drive into the reserve is a must. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant served tasty meals. Nothing to fault. Hope to be back in the near future.

Friendly and helpful staff- a daily game drive where we saw so much (lion, rhino, leopard, elephant, hippo, crocodile, giraffe, zebra, kudu, buck...). The only negative was beng charged for two extra tea bags and extra milk - to have tea in our room. Was not the cost just the principal.

From the game drives, to the food and the accommodation - excellent all around. The resort is very family friendly with plenty of activities. This was our second stay and we hope to return later this year.

Great property in the middle of Pillanesburg National park! Pros- Cleanliness, sincere staff, two safari drives a day! Cons- No Halal food option but the chef tried their best to accommodate us. The restaurant around the watering hole is outstanding. It has a beautiful view of the area, with occasional elephants and other animals that make it unforgettable. The buffets were great, the staff were friendly and the rooms and facilities were clean and pleasant. I’ve stayed at several places around the Pilanesburg and Kwa Maritane is by far my favourite.

Such a wonderful place

Really nice rooms with comfy beds, wildlife just outside the door. The food is varied and very well made, the gamedrives are exciting. We also went on a hot-air balloon ride. Pricy but well worth the money. All in all a perfect stay.

Staying inside the park is well worth the extra cost. Lots of things to do on property. The 2 times game drives were amazing. Staff was outstanding. Everyone was super nice, super helpful, and plenty of staff around to help out any time of day.
