"The hotel was close by to everything I needed from transport to shops to dining. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly and patient with me as I don’t speak English also as I suffer from anxiety I had a few moments where I needed some help and confirmation on things. The room I had was the junior suite and it was clean and tidy, a little warm however you can request for adjustments in the room temperature as I was only sleeping in there I didn’t really want to bother them. Britt, who checked us in gave us informative local knowledge and her obvious pleasure at being able to share stories of the area was very refreshing. The other reception staff also gave us great service. The location was easy to find and well situated to enable us to enjoy Skagen.
