Room was comfortable and clean enough but the lifts were awful, staying on the 9th floor, 16 floors total, you couldn't not use the loft. Only 2 of 4 running when I visited, a colleague was stuck in a loft for 1 hour. Very old and slow, regular long wait times. For this reason, I wouldn't stay again.

I disliked this hotel immediately from check in with the rather snobby front desk agent, and then I get to my room and find that -surprise- no air conditioning! Nowhere in any of the write ups in Expedia or on the hotels website does it say "no air conditioning", and being a part of Wyndham hotels you would think It would have all the mod-cons. My room stank of either new paint or new carpet which left me with a headache and the hallway had no carpet so you could hear every footstep out there. To top it off there was no water for several hours one day AND for all of this, they have the audacity to charge you $23 per day to park IN THEIR OWN PARKING LOT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING. I would never stay here again.

Utroligt dejligt hotel og vores nye favorit i Aalborg. Vi fik super service af alt personale og morgenmaden var dejlig overskuelig og ikke over crowded. Standen på hotellets værelser er ikke top moderne, men sengene er gode og der er det man skal bruge. Der mangles dog et køleskab hvor man kunne have lidt køligt at drikke. Vi kommer igen!

Hadde booket familierom, men det var ikke klargjort da vi kom frem i 18-tiden. De hadde ikke flere ekstrasenger, så vi måtte bo på to rom. Det gikk fint. Resepsjonist var veldig hjelpsom og hyggelig. Desverre var det ene rommet dårlig rengjort. Badekaret var møkkete og det hang brukte håndklær med lebestift og krøllete små hår på...... ikke veldig delikat. Dusjen hadde nok heller ikke blitt vasket skikkelig på en stund. Frokosten hadde mye forskjellig. Mye deilig frukt og godt utvalg av drikke. D3t var desverre ikke god kaffe og ikke noe grovbrød eller laktosefrie alternativer. Bacon var tørt og eggerøren så salt at den var uspiselig. Barna spiste croissant til frokost. Ikke ideelt for en lang dag ute i varmen. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening og fellesområdene var fine.
